In 2010 Caroline MacDonald started Scarborough's first Montessori program at Camp Ketcha.   The program grew and in 2012 Caroline decided to move the program to a beautiful older home in the Oak Hill neighborhood of Scarborough. 

We look forward to providing a nurturing and homey preschool experience to many new generations of children.

Caroline MacDonald is the lead teacher/director of Oak Hill Montessori. Caroline completed her Montessori teaching certification at the London Montessori Centre in 1996.  Caroline has taught in schools in Alaska, New York and Maine. Caroline lives in Scarborough with her husband and three children.
